The U.N. is not going to send a peacekeeping force to Gaza. Israel continues its genocide, just a little bit slower than before, and so far, nobody is coming to save them.

During the initial months of Israel’s attack, the daily death toll exceeded that of any other major 21st-century conflict. But nobody came.. Israel dropped bombs with a cumulative explosive power of ten times the explosive yield of the atomic bomb that America dropped on Hiroshima. But nobody came.. Targeted airstrikes erased entire bloodlines, incinerating homes, schools, and hospitals until no one remained to identify the dead. But nobody came..

Medical professionals were systematically hunted or killed, leaving the wounded to perform self-surgeries without anesthesia. But nobody came.. More than two and a half years – Over 1,000 days – have passed since the brutal genocide began, and still no peacekeeping force has been sent to save the innocent civilians – half of them children.

A few countries have talked about a peace keeping force outside of the UN, but none has been brave enough to actually make it happen. Between October 2023 and November 2025, various nations proposed diverse peacekeeping strategies for the conflict in Gaza, ranging from independent guarantor systems to UN-mandated deployments. While many nations-including Malaysia, Colombia, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, and Indonesia-explicitly called for a UN-sanctioned force, Turkey proposed an independent “guarantor system” featuring its own forces to enforce a ceasefire. Beyond formal UN-mandated efforts, Turkey, Egypt, the United Arab Emirates, and Qatar explored independent security frameworks such as regional coordination mechanisms, transitional partnerships, and contractor-based coalitions that were eventually superseded by the UN-authorized International Stabilization Force established in late 2025. Nothing came to fruition, the suffering deepened, and still nothing was done.

UN Security Council Resolution 2803 was adopted on 17 November 2025 to manage post-war reconstruction through a new “so called” Board of Peace. Instead of rebuilding lives, it is simply a board of hustlers aimed at turning Gaza into an Israeli smart city Disney Land, with no input from the Palestinian people.

Amidst this endless noise, Francesca Albanese stands as a singular, courageous voice of integrity within the bloated UN bureaucracy, as her forensic, unwavering reports on the Gaza genocide provide virtually the only substantive, honest documentation we have seen from that entire establishment. She refuses to toe the line.

It is no secret how this empire operates. The WikiLeaks cables revealed the dark underbelly of US diplomacy, a sprawling, rusted subterranean machine grinding human dignity into geopolitical currency, proving that American foreign policy has always prioritised geopolitical control and Israeli supremacy over human rights and international law.

While the West twiddles its thumbs, Iran and the broader Axis of Resistance have demonstrated more tangible opposition to Western colonial hegemony in the Middle East than the entirety of the hypocritical, so-called democratic international community. Despite the hollow illusion of the October 10, 2025 ceasefire, the relentless slaughter has only morphed into a slow-motion execution, claiming the lives of 981 Palestinians since the agreement—including a sickening average of one child murdered every single day, according to UNICEF. Displaced families are forced to rot in freezing, squalid tents pitched over the rubble of their bombed-out homes, shivering skeletons of hope amidst the wreckage, completely cut off from adequate, life-saving food aid by a draconian military blockade that weaponises starvation against innocent civilians. Gaza functions as a literal “open-air concentration camp” because its inhabitants are violently caged behind militarised walls, stripped of any freedom of movement, and systematically deprived of basic human rights by an occupying force that controls whether they get to eat, drink, or live.

The OCHA has documented that nearly 100% of Gaza’s 2.1 million residents have experienced internal displacement, creating a catastrophic, manufactured humanitarian crisis. Families are treated like rubbish. The scars will outlast the craters. UNICEF estimates that virtually all of Gaza’s 1.2 million children are in desperate need of mental health and psychosocial support after enduring unrelenting bombardment and trauma.

The Global Sumud Flotilla represents the grassroots resistance, bypassing a useless, corrupt UN Security Council to deliver direct solidarity to a besieged people who have been abandoned by the world. Peace activists have crowdfunded and launched their own ships, proving that when spineless democratic nations refuse to act, ordinary people will sail right over their bureaucratic impotence.

Building a new, democratic international assembly requires stripping imperial powers of their vetoes so they can no longer hold the entire globe hostage to their colonial bloodlust and proxy wars. No more dodgy backroom deals.

We cannot wait for fictional saviours from a defunct international order; A new global kindness army must mobilise to tear down the blockade and dismantle the capitalist war machine feeding this genocide. True justice will not be handed down by international courts moving at a glacial pace, but will be forged in the streets by a relentless, educated, and growing army of global citizens demanding total liberation. We must stand firm, a rising tide of human conscience washing over the stained floor of history. As the poet June Jordan said in her 1978 Poem for South African Women: “We are the ones we’ve been waiting for”. If we are to build a new, uncorrupted UN, we have a monumental task ahead of us, but our shared humanity is a force much stronger than their missiles. Let us link arms, rise up with radical love, and build a world where laughter replaces warplanes. Speak out, and never stop fighting for liberation. As Terry Pratchett said: “There is no justice. There’s just us.”

WikiLeaks laid bare the brutal reality of the military-industrial complex, showing us that our kindness army must first defeat the empires of secrecy that hide the slaughter of innocent civilians from the public eye. Assange’s plight is inextricably linked to Palestine, as both represent the victims of a rogue Western hegemony that punishes truth-tellers while rewarding the war criminals who carry out colonial violence.

Raising relentless awareness is the only way we grow the kindness army, forging a critical mass powerful enough to build an entirely new world from the ashes of the old. We have to ruthlessly shatter this engineered media trance and sever the hegemon’s hold on our consciousness. ‘THE TRUST FALL’ is a brilliant cure for such manufactured compliance.
